Kundalini yoga

Want to reconnect with yourself and heal your mind and body? Kundalini yoga, the power house of yogas, is a potent somatic healing tool. Using breathwork, mantra, poses and movement, Kundalini kryas work on every part of your body and mind and have truely transformative effects. Known as the yoga of awareness, practicing kundalini is the ULTIMATE way to take care of mind, body and spirit. We LOVE Louise’s classes. If you do one thing for your self-care, practice Kundalini. Walking

We get out and about walking whenever we can. We meet up regularly for walks in the Peak District, Yorkshire Dales, Wales, Bonnie Scotland and elsewhere whenever we get the chance. Get in touch or follow us on social to find out more.

Meditation

If you can master your own mind, you can master anything! We work with Emma – a teacher and meditation queen. She can help guide you into blissfull states and build your own practice, perfectly suited to fit in with your life.

Retreats

We run a variety of different retreats, from one nighters to ten night stays. If you like good people, good food, big fires, yoga and the great outdoors you’ll love our retreats.
